One of those ways is all about asking the right questions to develop strong relationships that builds trust.
It's all about asking the right "how to" questions.
"How to" questions are an excellent way to engage prospects, encouraging them to think about solutions and the potential benefits of your services.
Here are three examples:
Goal Achievement:
Question: "How will you effectively achieve your business goals within the next quarter?"
Purpose: This question prompts the prospect to think about specific strategies and actions needed to reach their goals, positioning you as a guide to help them create and execute a plan.
Overcoming Challenges:
Question: "How will you overcome the biggest challenge you're currently facing in scaling your business?"
Purpose: By focusing on a major challenge, you invite the prospect to discuss their difficulties, allowing you to offer tailored advice and coaching solutions to address these issues.
Improving Skills:
Question: "How will you enhance your leadership skills to lead a more productive and motivated team?"
Purpose: This question targets skill development, a key area in business coaching. It encourages the prospect to reflect on their personal development needs and how your coaching could aid in this growth.
Each of these questions is designed to make the prospect think deeply about their needs and how your coaching services can be the solution they're looking for.
