I wanted to share something that's been deeply on my heart lately, something I believe is crucial for all of us as a business coaching team.
It's all about growth. But not just any growth. I'm talking about the kind of growth that truly stretches our minds, taking us from "normal" thinking to something truly extraordinary. You know that feeling when you look at a goal and think, "Is this even possible?" That's precisely the sweet spot we need to aim for.
Because when we push our collective thinking to that edge, where it feels a little impossible, that's where the real magic happens for our team and for our clients. It's about breaking free from the "everyone else is doing this" strategies that can limit our potential. Instead, it's about finding brand new paths to our destination, ways we've never even considered before.
