How Are You Really Doing?
How are you doing?
How are you really doing?
Building a business coaching practice, it's quite a journey, isn't it?
A rollercoaster of incredible highs and challenging lows.
We celebrate the wins, those moments of breakthrough, but sometimes, that sneaky fear creeps in, whispering doubts that can be so loud.
"Are you good enough?"
"Can you really make this work?"
"What if you fail and disappoint everyone?"
Sound familiar? I know it does to me, because I think we all wrestle with those thoughts.
Fear, it's a paralyzing thing.
It can hold us back from our true potential, keeping us stuck in place.
But here's the thing: we're not meant to live in that fear. Remember what 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us?
"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind."
That's our bedrock, our foundation: power, love, and a sound mind, not fear. Our mindset, that's where the battle is won or lost.
When we let fear take root, it clouds our vision, stunts our growth, and makes us forget who we are. But when we choose faith, when we choose to believe in our calling, that's when things truly change.
Think of it like this….
Joshua 1:9 reminds us, "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” We are commanded to be strong and courageous, we weren't designed to be fearful.
We have an enemy that wants us to be fearful, to hold us back, to prevent us from impacting the world as we were made to.
We have a mission, a calling. You have a mission, your coaching practice, it's not just a business; it's a way to serve, to impact lives, to make a real difference.
So, let's shake off the blues, shake off the fear, and step into our power, step into our calling. Let's remember who we are, and whose we are.
You've got this.
