Fx the blur…

There's a version of this where you never quite pull the trigger.

You keep turning it over in your mind. Coaching. Consulting. Some kind of next chapter that actually uses everything you've built over the last 25 or 30 years.

But every time you get close to picturing it, something blurs.

Maybe you can't see yourself in that role yet.

Maybe it feels presumptuous to call yourself a coach when you haven't done it yet. Maybe it just doesn't look clear enough to act on.

Here's what I know from talking to a lot of men in exactly this spot.

You don't need a clear picture to have a conversation. The conversation is how the picture gets clearer.
