Here’s this weeks coaching tip:

Push past just the bottom line.

When you're sitting down with a prospect or a long-time client, don't just focus on profitability. Instead, ask yourself: Why did they even start this business in the first place? What was that core desire, that initial spark?

And then, think about the bigger picture.

If you're able to truly help them grow and succeed, what changes in their actual life? Does it mean more time with family, less stress, the ability to pursue a passion, or something else entirely?

Because the real, lasting transformation for your clients isn't just about their bank account. It's found deep down, at the root of their motivations and their dreams. That's where you can make the biggest impact.
