They're so close to their business, they can't see the the opportunities staring them in the face. We might be excited about their potential, but they don't always see it that way.

Your job? Help them step back and truly “see it.”

Think about how Jesus used parables to reveal deeper truths. We can do the same.

Shape your conversations with stories, imagination and analogies to give them that "aha!" moment. Help them envision what's possible.

It's not just about telling them what to do; it's about helping them discover it for themselves. That's where real transformation begins.
