Top Golf connection….

May 01, 20262 min read

Last night, over 30+ of our coaches joined a Zoom call.

Not for training. Not for a workshop. Just to connect.

This weekend, about 25 of us are getting together in person at Top Golf in Philadelphia. We did this in February in Phoenix (no cost to our coaches other than travel btw…)

No agenda. No curriculum. Just coaches who are building something real, spending time together outside of the work.

Here's why I think that matters for you.

There's a version of coaching that many people fall into, especially in the early stages. You're doing the work alone. Making decisions alone. Celebrating wins alone. Wrestling through the hard stuff alone.

And it works. For a while.

But isolation has a cost that doesn't show up on a spreadsheet.

It shows up in the decisions you second-guess because there's nobody to think out loud with. It shows up in the slow leak of momentum when you don't have people around you who understand what you're building.

It shows up when you hit a wall, and the only voice you hear is your own.

The business coaches in our community aren't just sharing a system. They're sharing the road.

That's what Business Coach Mastery was designed to be.

Yes, you get a full turnkey operating system for your coaching practice. But you also get a group of people who take the work and their faith seriously and who show up for each other.

Zoom calls on a Tuesday night. Top Golf on a Saturday. That's not a perk. That's the point.

If that sounds like the kind of community you've been missing or that you desire, the next step is a simple conversation.

We talk with everyone who's exploring whether this is the right fit, and we’ll show you the entire system.
