What we talked about yesterday
Yesterday, our team of Christian business coaches got together for a mastermind, and the topic hit differently than usual.
We talked about becoming a person of influence.
Not influence in the "build a platform" sense. Influence in the "people trust you because of who you are, not what you sell" sense.
The kind of influence that opens doors you didn't even know existed. The kind that makes people lean in when you talk, not because you're loud, but because you've done the work on yourself first.
Here's what stood out to me: most people wait until they have all the credentials, all the experience, all the answers before they step into influence.
But the coaches in our mastermind?
They started before they felt ready. And that's exactly why they're ahead.
