Why I stopped piecing everything together
I want to share something personal about why our done-for-you method exists in the first place.
There was a season when I was exhausted… not from coaching itself, but from constantly stapling things together.
Resources from the internet.
Books I’d read.
Trainings I’d purchased and white-labeled.
Frameworks I created out of thin air just to “have something.”
On paper, it looked like a coaching business.
In reality, there was no legitimate method.
I’ll never forget one particular moment.
It was a Tuesday coaching call.
The client was paying over $2,000 a month.
And as the call approached, I realized I wasn’t actually sure what I was supposed to cover with them that day.
No clear structure.
No defined progression.
No confidence that what I was delivering was repeatable or scalable.
That’s when it hit me:
If I wanted a viable, legitimate business coaching practice—one that gave me flexibility, freedom, and peace of mind—I couldn’t rely on effort, experience, or good intentions alone.
I needed structure.
I needed a method.
I needed something that worked with me, not something I had to constantly reinvent.
That realization is what ultimately led to the system we now use and teach.
